1. About these terms
By using this website or engaging our services you agree to these Terms. Individual engagements may also be governed by a proposal, statement of work or written agreement (“Service Agreement”). If there is a conflict, the Service Agreement prevails. Blue Bird Solutions, a sole proprietorship.
2. Our services
Blue Bird Solutions provides staffing and recruitment, digital marketing, AI solutions, technology and web development, business growth consulting, and online training services. The scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each engagement are set out in the Service Agreement. Work outside the agreed scope requires written agreement and may incur additional fees.
3. Business Growth Support and consulting
Business Growth and consulting services provide strategy, guidance and recommendations only. Implementing any recommendation is the client’s responsibility unless separately agreed in writing. We do not guarantee any business result, revenue, ranking, hire or outcome.
4. Staffing and recruitment
We introduce candidates based on information available to us and do not guarantee a candidate’s performance or length of employment. Clients are responsible for final hiring decisions, employment contracts, background and right-to-work checks, and compliance with employment laws in their jurisdiction. Placement fees, replacement terms and payment conditions are set out in the Service Agreement.
5. Digital marketing and technology
Marketing and technology results depend on many factors outside our control, including platform policies, search engine changes, market conditions and client decisions. Clients are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their content, offers and data, and for maintaining their own accounts, hosting and backups unless agreed otherwise.
6. Online training
All Training Academy programmes are delivered online. Access is for registered participants only and may not be shared. Training materials are for the participant’s internal use. We do not issue formal certifications unless expressly stated in writing.
7. Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely access to people, systems and content, and prompt feedback and approvals; to hold the rights to any materials they provide; and to comply with laws applicable to their business. Delays caused by missing information or approvals may affect timelines and fees.
8. Fees and payment
Fees, currency, payment schedule and method are stated in each proposal or invoice. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. International clients are responsible for bank charges, currency conversion costs and any taxes, duties or withholding in their country. Applicable Indian taxes (such as GST) will be added where required. We may pause work while payments are overdue.
9. Cancellations and refunds
Either party may end an engagement by written notice as set out in the Service Agreement. Fees for work completed, time reserved and non-refundable third-party costs up to the cancellation date remain payable. Training cancellations and rescheduling follow the notice period stated at booking. Any refunds are handled as set out in the Service Agreement.
10. Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, ownership of final deliverables created specifically for a client passes to the client once all related fees are paid in full. We retain our pre-existing materials, methods, templates and know-how, and grant the client a licence to use any such elements included in deliverables. Third-party tools, fonts, images and software remain subject to their own licences. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless the client asks us not to.
11. Use of AI and third-party tools
We may use widely available tools, including AI assistants (such as ChatGPT and Claude), design software (such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud), web technologies and automation platforms. AI-assisted output is reviewed by a person before delivery. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these providers, and their availability and terms are outside our control. Clients should tell us in advance if their data must not be processed with AI tools.
12. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other’s confidential information private and use it only for the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law. This continues after the engagement ends. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity. Our total liability for any claim relating to an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, as further set out in the Service Agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. International clients
We serve clients worldwide. Clients are responsible for ensuring our services can be lawfully used in their jurisdiction, including local employment, data protection, marketing and consumer laws. Where mandatory local laws apply, these Terms apply to the extent those laws allow.
