• Client and candidate information: for staffing and recruitment work, candidate details such as CVs, contact details, work history and skills; for client engagements, business contact details and project information.

• Technical information: our hosting provider and server may record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and performance.

We share it only as needed with: prospective employers (candidate profiles, with the candidate’s knowledge); service providers that help us operate, such as our website host (Hostinger), email and business tools; professional advisers; and authorities where required by law. Because we serve clients worldwide, information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We take reasonable steps to protect it when this happens.

7. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, for legal, tax and accounting requirements, or to resolve disputes. Candidate information is kept for a reasonable period for future opportunities unless you ask us to delete it. We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, provide our services, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes and comply with applicable legal obligations. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or anonymise it where appropriate.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, such as access controls and secure hosting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
